    How do I fund my A.Y.E TRUST Fund account?
    • Your A.Y.E TRUST FUND account is funded weekly from the registered bank account you provided when signing up into the TRUST fund platform. Your weekly contributions can be paid through your debit/credit card, direct bank transfer, USSD code or bank deposit.
    • You may also wish to contribute upfront for instance; a month, six months or even a year savings so as to avoid default on your savings.

    Can I give my membership fees and/or weekly contributions to third parties to fund and operate my trust fund account?
    • A.Y.E TRUST fund does not authorize or encourage prospective TRUST members to physically give or electronically transfer monies to third parties for the funding and operation of their TRUST fund accounts. Prospective TRUST members are encouraged to understand and explore the user friendly platform to make their individual transactions. TRUST members shall be solely responsible for every risk arising from engaging third parties for the funding of their accounts.

    What is TFP?
    • TFP stands for TRUST FUND PIN. This is the unique identification number of each TRUST Member issued after signing up on the platform. It is used for transactions on the platform and to offer TRUST to other members. It will also be required to access other benefits on the platform.

    Are there penalties for not meeting up with my Weekly Contribution?
    • Yes. The platform gives you a grace period of one month (4 weeks) to catch up with your contributions, failure to do so means your account will be restricted from accessing all other benefits on the platform including medical and legal advisory and you will not be eligible to win the annual Business Support Fund (BSF).

    When can I access loans on the Platform?
    • You can access loans on the platform when you become a Qualified TRUST Member (QTM).

    When do I become a Qualified TRUST Member?
    • You become a Qualified TRUST Member once you complete your first 12 weeks of contributions on the platform, you may make this contributions at once or weekly.

    How is the interest on loans calculated?
    • The loans given out on the TRUST FUND platform are interest-free. For example, if you borrow N100 on the platform, you will repay N100.

    What is the requirement for getting a loan on the platform?
    • To get a loan on the platform, the TFPs (TRUST Fund Pins) of other Qualified TRUST Members are required. The platform automatically calculates the number of TFPs you need when you request for a loan.

    How many times can I access loans?
    • There are no restrictions to the number of times you can access loans on the platform within the TRUST Fund Cycle. However, you can only request for another loan when you have paid back the previous loan.

    How much can I borrow from the A.Y.E TRUST Fund platform?
    • You can borrow up to N10, 000,000.00 (Ten Million Naira) from the A.Y.E TRUST Fund platform depending on your membership category.

    What is the payback period for loans?
    • The payback period is determined by you and your contracting TRUST member(s). However, all loans should be paid back before the end of the TRUST fund cycle(November 30th) to qualify for cash out.

    What is a TRUST Fund Cycle?
    • The TRUST Fund Cycle is the TRUST Fund financial year, which is from January to November 30th. It is the period between the date you register and the cash-out date in December.

    What is a TRUST Fund Community?
    • A TRUST Fund Community is a group of TRUSTED members with the same goal of building a savings culture during a TRUST Cycle on the A.Y.E TRUST Fund platform.

    What and when is the ‘cash-out date’?
    • The cash-out date signifies the end of a TRUST fund cycle. This is usually a day between the 1st and the 17th of December. All TRUST members are paid their contributions directly to their registered bank account.

    What are the penalties for loan default?
    • The defaulter is expelled from the TRUST Fund Community and all TFP accounts used to access the loan are blacklisted, meaning the defaulter’s TRUSTERs cannot access their contributions and benefits anymore.

    • It is a business grant given to randomly selected entrepreneurs on the cash-out date.

    • Lucky TRUST Members who have consistently contributed for 50 Weeks or made 50 Weeks worth of saving without any default throughout the TRUST Fund Cycle.

    What does TFP–in-Use mean?
    • TRUST FUND PIN- IN-USE indicate that a TRUST member has used your TFP for a loan transaction on the platform. TRUST members whose TFP are in use cannot access any loan, Emergency Travel Cover, Purchase Order Power until the previous loan is fully repaid.

    Can I Borrow a Loan after TRUSTing another TRUST Member with my TFP?
    • Once you have TRUSTED another TRUST member with your TFP, your TFP will be changed to ‘TFP IN USE’ which means that you cannot borrow loans, access Purchase Order Power and Emergency Travel Cover benefits until the TRUST member you have TRUSTED has fully paid back his/her loan.

    • ETC stands for Emergency Travel Cover which is the benefit given to a bonafide member who urgently needs to travel without the use of TFP’s of other TRUST members. The different travel options available depends on your membership category.
